Over weight is upper most issue nowadays as most of the people have sitting job of around 10 hours a day and don’t have time to take care of their diet end up gaining extra weight. After such a tiring day they don’t have strength to do exercise or go to GYM resulting in gaining extra weight which leads to a number of diseases.
You can avoid these health issues by simply investing5-10 minutes daily and apply these simple homemade remedies which helps in losing extra weight and also keep you fresh for the whole day.
Simplest way to lose weight is to drink water, one should have at least 2-3 liter of water in a day. Water helpsin keeping you hydrated and remove many toxic substances from our body. Also there is a saying “The more you drink the more you shrink”. Some natural ways to reduce weight are:

1) Lemon Juice

It helps in removing stains from teeth resulting in whitening of teeth.

3) Aloe Vera: It is mostly used for beauty products and also very much popular for its healing properties. A number of beauty products can be created using aloevera due to its antibacterial properties. Aloe vera can be taken as it is, directly but as it is bitter in taste you should have it with some vegetables, or in the form of juice. Some important features are as follows:
